You can file a complain to the magistrate and take few more person in your application as complainant. 2. You can also file damages in District and session court

@@legaleducationbyejaz7905 Yes Sir right now i have filed a complain with the chairman of society as i have to follow the process he has also installed outdoor units of ac on facing my bedroom to purposely disturb though out night..the issue is the bad intentions to scare us and drive us away from there

sir मेरा पड़ोसी सुबह 6 बजे से रात्रि 10-11बजे तक आटा चक्की मशीन चलाता है।.... जो की काफी आवाज़ करता हैं...मना करने पे नही मानता है तो आप ही बताइये हम क्या करे बहुत परेशान हूँ। आवाज़ के चलते मेरे पूरा family का स्वास्थ्य खराब हो जाता है। आशा करते है reply का। 🙏🙏🙏
