no yeah you're the first comment I found to address this. those little cutscenes really broke me - to see someone's real struggles and grief yet returning here to keep people on the net (the tube?) happy. I can only imagine what she has overcome. honestly I am willing to believe that it wasn't JUST the animation. her storytelling is amazing even when it comes to difficult & complex issues, to not be an emotional mess (like i totally would, lol) yet still present something so raw and honest. it is a feat in and of itself.
