Worldboss will free. Appeal is not about guilt or innocent, its about whether the correct process was followed. The DPP messed up therefore he will be free. Decision will mostly be based on the jury issues. It is unusual for you to allow a jury you know is corrupt to stay on the case. It is not my place to speculate about whether he is guilty or innocent but, give di man a fair trial

If what you guys are saying is true , Kartel's people would have used this line of defence the first time they approached the Privy Council , but they didn't . This so-called new evidence just shows how incompetent Kartel's lawyers were first around . Now, they want the Privy Council to correct their own mistake of not bringing their points to the table during the original trial . There is a lot wrong with the Jamaican justice system , but it doesn't buy a ticket for Kartel and his crew .

I can tell you all from the UK that the Privy Council doesn't deal with poppy shows . The lawyers acting for Kartel and his co- convicts seem to be drawing a pension by inventing new angles to Kartels case . The PC is not a court that does retrials , they simply make recommendations when there are issues that suggest a mistrial has taken place or human rights have been infringed . None of these issues are at play in Kartels case . From the original trial to appeal , his lawyers have presented some dubious claims . For example, they claimed that Kartels phone was tampered with by technicalities without any proof of alterations in the contents . They also claim the appeal case was at fault when someone acting for Kartel had offered a bribe to find Kartel not guilty . This caused the trial to end with a ten to one overwhelming majority verdict finding him guilty . The one juror who voted not guilty was the one who offered the bribe . The PC would never in a month of sundays free a man to potentially go back on the streets and leave blood on the PC's hand . The best case scenarios could be recommendations for another trial , even though the Jamaican judiciary would be under no obligation to conduct one . The Privy Council has no power to order freedom because they only play a resolutionary role😅 for countries that sign up to their service .

Overturned GUILTY verdict.. Jamaican court of appeal have to let him go free on privy counsel summing up or retry him for murder.. Grounds of his conviction hold no water unless Jamaica legal system has a new route to retry him or new evidence to retry as the evidence they had on his conviction is inadmissible in any retrial...Judge allowed 11 compromised jurors to decide conviction of a 64 day trial in 3 hour's...Madness... Therefore it has been ruled has to be freed on privy grounds as conviction is overturned... Jamaica legal system will drag their feet again... He will not be allowed freedom on any bail grounds as in any murder case the accused are danger to public, therefore he will remain in prison till Jamaica appeal court overturn on privy grounds or decide to retry as an option.. Tomorrow on March 13 I will turn 60, it was on this same day 10 years ago that a miscarriage of court proceedings was done ,the case has to many loop holes to have made this a safe conviction, and I hope that all the accused are allowed a good judgement that sees them allowed to be free to reunite with their families, they all have spent a considerable time incaserated ,it's time to move forward whilst I sympathise totally with the missing man's family over his disappearance we must have a court system that is impartial and without discrimination ,was this applied in this case ? I am not convinced , the privy councils last remarks on this most controversial case we hope will give a favourable outcome to the convicted men.
