how hard would it be to write a python code that skip traces every property owners' phone number using their name and mailing address from an excel file? i figure it would be a for loop that appends the info into empty columns

Yes, you can, but you have to add something from your side like taking other ML models, performing hyperparameter tuning, and creating a web application and mobile applications. also, you can take data from your college students and create the same as I have shown here. hope this will help you.
