No, you don't know the whole story. She would not have gone to Hollywood, if she was getting work in bollywood. When she was getting work in bollywood, was she willing to give audition for Hollywood movies? No she won't have given, because if she couldn't get the part, that news would have affected her image here in bollywood. Now that she had no option left but to leave bollywood and join Hollywood, she had to give auditions. So she saying she doesn't carry that baggage of her stardom in another country, she is being hypocrite. She wants to show the world how bold she is. Never get inspired by these actors/actresses. She said - comfortable is boring because she is angry with srk right now. These people have become habitual of getting attention. So they are desperate for attention. You should know, these actors are shown the questions beforehand. So she knew the questions and she thought of the answers to give. If you observe carefully, there was mention of srk 2 times and she didn't chose him. Clearly shows she is angry. Because in her previous interviews, she had said DDLJ was her favourite movie. See they have a brand value. So they have to maintain their brand.
