Am also in usa .it will be 1 million USD dollars..It also depends upon the state where you live .overall budget will be 1-1.5 million. Once you come to usa and get green card you can live luxurious life.Need not to be doctor for that matter even a software engineer can earn in crores .If both husband and wife works you will be millionaire within 10years time ..one of my husband colleague is a usa citizen he came in the year 2005 now owning 10 acres of land ,2 big bungalows ,bmw car and he is director in a software company.he is just 45 man.He didnt study in iit or iim just a mediocre college in tamilnadu that too bsc & msc computer science.
