I’m not calling you stupid.. but I am calling us all as a collective, stupid AF, for telling ourselves $1500 (or whatever) is anywhere close to being “worth it”, or the ‘right price point’. Even if every hit was a rookie QB, it still wouldn’t be worth it. IMO, we shouldn’t be paying more than $250 for a box of cards. That said, I appreciate you sharing the rip!

The prices for these are just absolutely ridiculous. I have not watched this yet. Prizm is insane. The prices??? Nuts. I learned a lesson with prizm in 2021 when I dropped $1500 on a box of hobby thr day it released. I pulled a Trey Lance silver auto RC. I put it on ebay immediately and the hype pushed it to $1700. That's the only card I made over 10 bucks on from that box and there weren't a lot of those. I sometimes still feel bad for whoever bought that card. Good lesson tho

You can get 7 boxes of 2014 topps chrome football for this price, 7 autos plus all the OG refractors, you hit a tom brady numbered refractor and you are golden, you should blow off some releases and get a case of 2014 chrome instead 😄

The said thing is they will continue this because no matter what people will still blow their money. Hobby has 💯 definitely changed with outrageous pricing and way too many shenanigans throughout the years.

Here's the deal . . . Don't blame Panini [Fanatics Has Caused this], this product is a fore-runner of PANINI future. Many of those legend/retired vets will be their majority of signers sprinkled with High School / College Prospects who may have signed with PANINI on private deals . . . It's time to start Lambasting Fanatics and their failures . . . Instead of kicking on a company that's now just trying to keep afloat to keep the other bastards honest. Personally I'll be supporting those who have good products at good prices and to be honest in some ways I always love to collect some good vets . . . Not a fan of white vinyl cards being numbered to 5 in some products and being 1 of 1s in others. Topps superfractors stand out because of the similar design and they're always 1 of 1s.
