If there’s anything I’ve learned from watching these Japanese garden design shows… it’s that I want one of those mini trucks.

My challenge is to use Japanese garden techniques in the desertscape of Las Vegas-Henderson, Nevada. It’s a slow endeavor, but an enjoyable one. Learning a lot on general Asian gardening and local anthropology, botany, & geology. Thank you Japanese Garden TV.👋🏽

Hey, sorry if you've been asked this before, but why is the rope and wrap on the trees left on when planting? Or is it being removed? Love you work guys, keep it up!

Why did you not remove the fabric that was tied around the roots of the trees?
I'm sorry. I can introduce you to people in Japan, but I don't know anything about foreign countries.

I like it! Can't wait to see the finished product! I've always wanted to visit Nikko, but every time I'm in Japan, there's just not quite enough time for it. So, did you say this place will become a dumpling restaurant? By dumpling, do you mean gyoza? If so, I must go there when I'm in Japan next time! Looking forward to your next video!
@JapaneseGardenTV4 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Keep an eye out for my next video! This restaurant is not "Gyoza", it's "Dango"shop 😊.

上手ですね!🙌✨✨ Btw, what size are those garden scissors? 210mm or 230mm? What brand do you recommend for affordable but still okay quality?
@JapaneseGardenTV4 жыл бұрын
Thank you!! As for the scissors, gardeners usually choose around 200mm.

Why’s the tree covers not removed?
@JapaneseGardenTV4 жыл бұрын
The roots will come out through this bag. Also, unlike plastic, this is hemp cloth, so it will decompose quickly in the soil. On the other hand, if we take the bag away, the soil will be removed, originally attached to the roots, increasing the possibility of water loss.
