We flush mounted all the windows in our 3rd gen Camaro circle track car, and let me tell you that back window is a bitch, but it looked so damn good when it's painted a nice yellow and those tinted(smoke) lexan windows where tight and bolted in with counter sunk bolts instead of shitty pop rivets! It's the details that make any type of racecar!!!!!!

Yes! The devil is in the details. Very clean installation of the trunk lid upper edge mount. Reminds me of the old Pro Stock cars of the 80's and early 90's when they were still steel quarters and roof. A lot of the builders would also tuck the leading edges of rear glass and rear deck lids under the body to reduce weight and wind drag. LOL! Loved Eddie's video bomb...

Building Shawn another car aye looks like a murder nova copy, y’all changing the Pro-charger on Justin’s car or are y’all fixing his warped head possibly also cracked between the valve seats if #7 cylinder or the valves are cracked #7 would drop after a run or two every time he would change his ECU that head needs to be magna-fluxed probably both do I’ve never seen a head as warped as bad the one in his engine
@robertprice21082 жыл бұрын
Custom work is always more time consuming and costly but looks good. The one of a kind look with everyone wanting copy it lol. I have a buddy that builds some old school custom Harleys and I would say why don't you have someone come out an take a couple photos and he is like no cause then everyone wants to copy it then call an want to know how I did this an that. Great work an love them nova's lol. Thanks for sharing guys stay safe.

How do you guys come up with ideas of what works well at the track like chassis wise, and or do draw out the cars on a computer before getting started? That thing looks killer
@CJRaceCars2 жыл бұрын
All these cars are slightly different to clear the body. Everything is laid out and then built. Obviously a lot of triangulation makes things strong. We have change tube placement, size and wall thickness over time just from data off off cars we have built.
