really interesting to see the similarities to martial arts! I also lack a lot of confidence but started doing a Korean mixed martial art called gonkwon yusul almost a year ago and it is crazy how much it is about confidence and believing in yourself and your capabilities. And it is amazing how much that has improved in just a year. I don't think I will ever stop it!
