Honestly druids are not needed, Lalo is just super strong, in the second hit he didnt need many hounds, he still could change one hound for 6 loons and do a regular lalo, simple 3. i did many of my lalo hits in Champs cwl with 2 hounds and changed the 3rd one for one golem, or more loons or dragon rider or 2 more ice golems...all 3 stars.

it works very nice, more than any other strategy, because every single aspect of the attack is planned. i did several tries and all went very well, of course took sometime for my to plan.
