A great thing to note is that climbing gives incredible strength, but it's good to do it in tandem with other forms of fitness such as running. Doing complementary exercises such as core, calisthenics, etc, are also really great for overall fitness. I've found that Climbing + Calisthenics + Trail Running does wonders for my fitness.
