that intro is just epic , wish that todays soccer games looked like that . im not a big fun of realism . its a video game after all . this era had the best soccer games gameplay you could ever ask for . the controls felt very responsive and was so much fun . today's physics are very clunky .

This game shows the foundation for the superior game play found in its later titles up to the PES 6. FIFA at the same time had ugly graphics and arcade game play and still won in the market. It's a shame that Konami made EA gain ground. By Konami regressing the quality of PES during the PS3/Xbox 360 period.

People are too attached to licensing instead of substance thats why Fifa sold more. These games were the best ever, it blows my mind how good these games were on this old console. New games are rubbish.

+Vreid57 Not when you change the camera & sliders in FIFA 14 so it looks and plays like this. :D The game before this one, ISS pro evo 2 on the PS1 is probably my favourite football game of all time though.
