I think the top 3 QBs in this draft class are strong, and I like McCarthy somewhat as well …. but Jayden Daniels will be the best NFL QB from this draft IF he can stay healthy

I liken Drake Maye to Phillip Rivers. Rivers in college was lean and moved well. He caught td passes. He commanded his offense like a cyborg leader. He was the man! The size is similar. The completion % is similar. Rivers played more football but if you prorate both guys stats they are eerily similar. Rivers got you to the sky in the NFL but he didnt get you to heaven. It may have been his deficiencies, his supporting cast or maybe it was simply Tom Brady being in his way to get to a Superbowl so when it comes to Maye you have to decide = does he bring enough to the table to be THE GUY. Can he beat Patrick Mahomes? He's got the measurables. He's got the experience. Does he have what's between the ears to be a champion?

All this puff & smoke for the QB doesn't matter if they have no one to throw the ball to. All this we just got to run the ball and control the line of scrimmage is out the door Tom proved that.

@@jdl619 Well I was thinking they can trade with Minnesota and if they like Nix or Penix, they can grab one of them and still get other talented guys throughout the draft. They’ll probably go qb though. But you see how bad it is for rookie quarterbacks who play in bad situations. It’s tough. You can get lucky and have a CJ Stroud, but that’s an anomaly. Excited to see what they do. If Washington wanted, they could absolutely leap into their rebuild with someone who loves Daniels. I think they go Daniels though.

I'm so tired of hearing about quarterbacks. So uninteresting and overdone. I wish that most of these draft videos would just skip over the first few picks and the QBs and jump right into analyzing the top safties, corners, O-tackles, centers, and D-tackles. They are the positions that interest me the most, yet I hear relatively little about them.

Out the gate wasted time on quarterbacks at the top of the draft. NO DUH, it's gonna be three QBs at the top. WHO CARES who is 1, 2, and 3 - that's gonna be a pick of the teams and it will be based on the GMs preferences and interviews, not from highlight film.
