Pro forge PF 200 : unboxing, repair and assembly

End of 2017 I purchased gas forge for my upcoming afternoon/hobby/creative story. It came just before Christmas. Package was OK, product inside not so much. Due to holidays I decided to wait for seller’s response to my claim.
We agreed to repair the furnace myself. Too much logistics and costs otherwise.
Here is the forge before and after the fixing procedure.

I have recently bought a gas hose for a Pro-forge 200. One end connects to the gas tube and the other to a regulator. How can i find the brass fitting that joins the hose to the gas tube? and what size and type is it. please help im very stuck.
