Actually, he's still holding back, he promised to not kill garou lol, its canon he can shatter or enter dimensions by just knocking like knocking on a door, hes the physically strongest mc in anime, however if you count ki, magic, etc, thats where he lacks, there are a lot of characters that are stronger than them due to their abilities rather than just their bodies, and only MC's who are canonically stronger than him are those that have attained god like powers, example rimuru, rimuru has ying yang manipulation and turn null, to put simply, he can alter, create and destroy matter laws and concepts at will, he is a god, and can destroy 10k universe accidentally, but, even being immortal his body has limits, even with insanely fast regeneration you can destroy his current body with enough force,granted he can just pop out another copy of his body because his real body is in a realm only he can access and he is spiritually immortal aka, no matter if you destroy the body he'd still exist as a spirit and said spirit cant be killed in any way,. However saitama alone reached the point where presumably the only thing in his universe that can kill him is god, and plot armor or a power up will nullify that soooo... Saitama is the physically strongest mc in anime
