If you take it this way, villains exist 'cause of heroes, izuku could've easily become A villain because of all might, Dabi became A villain because of endeavor, Toga became A villain because of society and some heroes, And shigaraki became A villain because of his biological father. All these villains we know now wanted to become heroes, but couldn't, because of heroes themselves... None of the heroes in training or pro heroes think about the villains past and why they became A villain, they just shame them without knowing anything about them. The heroes made a society where people that wanted to become heroes with weird quirks that a villain would have are shamed, and portrayed as the bad guys, so in theirs and our defence... *who is the real bad guy here?*
