Spam E until you can see the organs, then you just press G to take them out. If the body's small enough (to the point that you can pick it up and run around with it), you can hold LMB and quickly move your mouse left to right.

@@spinnyquack56 oml thank you so much! I knew about the one where you can pick up the body and thrash but after the updates it took so long biting the body to see organs LMAO so i was like well shoot dang it what the heck 😭
