I think the stop and assist was a great example. The riding was awesome. The stop was even better.
@hobmarg3 жыл бұрын
yep it's a good example of what everyone should do in the bike park (and trial riding obviously), if you come across someone who is hurt and isn't being helped yet, stop and help them/call patrol/block the trail so people don't ride down onto them. I've seen people cruise past pretty badly hurt people in Whistler before and it isn't cool.
@justsayin36003 жыл бұрын
@@hobmarg I'm always overly prepared incase I breakdown. I've helped a few people on the trail, not from injuries but from a flats ( I have some patches and Stans Dart), and had to pop a guys chain because it got stuck in the rear cassette and chain stay. Even given some water to the newbies on the trail in the summer. Remy's spontaneous reaction was really cool.

@remy you’ve mentioned on several clips the benefit of staying tall, vs sinking into your legs. Can you do a video on riding posture with examples of when you might adopt what approach. I think this is a point that confuses a lot of people (advanced riders included). Would be great to do a deeper dive into riding position in different scenarios.

I'm guessing as part of this tour you'll finally be coming to Golden? Good thing you have the big bike. Try to spend a day or two riding Mt 7 in addition to Kicking Horse. Also try to find a local guide as there are some trails I'm sure you'll enjoy that aren't on the maps. Don't show the start and finish of those ones though ;)

C'est le genre de piste peu travaillée, et avec des virages peu relevés, certains passages ressemblent même à du hors-piste. Ça a l'air vraiment sympa à rouler. Aussi sympa que "copkiller", presque aussi bon que la descente à Williams Lake.
