That's very common for disc brakes in the wet, it doesn't necessarily indicate any particular issue

@@tylertruksa1378 You couldn't be more wrong. Just because something is common doesn't mean it's okay. It is an issue and should be fixed. You wouldn't put up with it if your car and everyone else's car did that would you? Of course not... It should be very uncommon.

@@larrymcgoldrick3471it's just caused by the resonance of the brakes catching rotors which isn't as consistent because of the reduced friction in the wet. Like the squeak when you slide your finger on wet glass. Just because something is noisy doesn't mean it's bad :)

Rotors get wet and this is the sound they make - has nothing to do with maintenance. Pro cyclocross in the rain at every skill level has always sounded like this. Do you even own a bicycle?
