Storms and rain has put swarming to a stop around here! All of next week shows rain means May flowers are coming! It don't even fill like spring here in East Texas. Fills like mid summer! If we did have a spring, it was very very short. We usually have nice long Springs!

All of those drone cells tells ya any thing? Its fixing to Supersede he heee your going to have queens out of your yang ! That why there drone cells ~ I love it when they Supersede ~ GET READY FOR THE BOOM OF QUEENS. Take the queens out and keep it supersede! Until around fall You can make a extra 10 to 20 nuc from a hive that supersede

I like to check a supersede hive about every 7 days, cause in 16 days the queens are hatched

I’m a newbie myself , best thing for someone to do first is join the local bee club I wish I had done that and I still might cause I got a lot to learn, I’m only in my 4th season, I might later on when I get a more stable schedule , but as of now I just do bees at spur of the moment when time allows lol
