People who come back after losing to you are not always "mad". Most of the time it can be the case that they are, but other times people 1. Just want to fight someone and you're their only opponent. Or 2. They just want to have the last laugh or get revenge after losing which isn't in anyway toxic, just competitive if done in a respectable manner (No insults or complaints). I understand that it can be annoying to have the same person come back to fight you over and over, but there's nothing technically wrong with that. Let people have the last laugh and if they aren't truly mad, they will likely leave you alone afterwards, yet if you aren't capable of doing that, you're not any better than they are for not being able to take a loss.
