Crow remains to be within top 15-20 because of Poco and Max in the meta. Even if slowing toxin got nerfed, the 40% healing reduction impacts Poco and the Gene Max syngery, and slowing toxin is still used to slow down brawlers like Max.

Max did become more meta after Crow gadget nerf, but it doesn't mean that Crow isn't used as a Counter Pick to Max anymore. If max is not meta then Crow might not even be top 20 after the gadget nerf.

Yes, if they make him decent in 3v3, he will absolutely break 1v1 modes like showdown. His design is way too extreme to be good. Also because when Edgar is the meta it's so dumb. Remember when he was released and had ridiculous unload speed and could use all 3 of his ammo in like one second, shredding you before you could even react. Yep, not fun. If he jumped on you it was over. Yet now he sucks because without that, it's super easy to push him away or escape before he can finish you off. Or just burst him down instead.

Not sure I agree that Jacky is better than Byron. Byron at least gets some play in competitive but I don’t think I’ve seen Jacky once, even in the most recent monthly finals after her buff. She might be the worst tank because she just doesn’t have a good gap closer.

They determine it by knowing if that gadget would be too broken if it can stay in the map forever (or atleast the game ends). Meg's gadget would be too OP in heist especially if no one destroys this gadget, but i agree that it's range is too short for a gadget that needs you to attack while you're in it. Bo Janet, and Leon's gadget would also be too op if it doesn't decay. While Stu's gadget would be too weak if it does because it provides little value and not worth for it to decay.

At the first time, when i was heard that buzz on c tier, i was disappointed, because i remembered how i got a lot of wins with him. But i have only 36k and 14k trio wins. I mean on this trophies you can use buzz, because even on scrims you can use it. There's an exception, on high level of skill you know how to counter him. So buzz must be on c tier, you know o⁠:⁠-⁠)

I feel like creepy harvest being nerfed to 1000 was a bit harsh. Mabye 1200 since 1400 was too much... . Of course I don't want him to be too strong, takes the "high skill cap"factor away. I think they should increase Shelly's movement speed from normal to very fast. It would help her close the gap, move around in bushes, dodge shots, and get more value out of the speed gear. Also make the Fast Forward gadget travel 50% longer distance in the same time, so it's also better at closing the gap.
