Pro's & Con's 3 Month Sew-In/ Fall Wash Day

I’ve never left a sew in for three months but i am hoping to my next install. One thing that was a game changer for me is rollersetting my leave out and using a kinky or curly type of hair that blends well with my hair when straightened and also left curly. When i do this all i have to is hit my roots with a hot brush and my ends are straight from the rollerset...and i can go a week or two with curly hair or blown out hair (depending on the bundles used) and really give my hair a break. I don’t have heat damage when i did it this way.
