Olimpico is one of Dimash's (so far) top ten songs he sings at his solo concerts. A favorite of his Dears around the world. This performance was in Sept 2019 in Astana Kazakhstan which kicked off his Arnau World Concert Tour with approx. 40,000 fans flying in from over 40 countries around the world. To give you perspective each concert has had an increase in fans flying in from more and more countries. The Stranger World Concert Tour held in Astana Kazakhstan this last weekend, Sept 13th and 14th back to back concerts had a total of 70,000 fans, 10,000 flying in from 100 countries. Absolutely fantastic concerts! Fancams are proliferating KZbin. Next in the schedule are the concerts in Dusseldorf Germany and Prague Czech Republic in November. Also, catch his recent Chinese tv performances right before the Astana concerts, Angel Love, Lose Control, Red Moon Rules and Becoming A Poet. More Chinese tv guest performances to come soon.

Спасибо за Вашу реакцию на это эпичное выступление Мастера. В своё время Димаш отказался от места в столичной опере, чтобы продолжить движение своим уникальным путем и ни от чего не зависеть. Так что не уверена, что мы сможем услышать его в какой-либо сторонней постановке

Thank you for your great reaction! 😊 I really hope he doesn’t go into theatre or opera. What I love about him is how versatile he is and that we regularly get performances of songs we’ve never heard from him before. I couldn’t imagine him being tied to one location for a long time singing the same songs over and over again. 😔 And only few people would ever see him live. The world would lose out. 😭

This song was written by Igor Krutoy for The European Games. Specifically, of course for Dimash’s voice. I think the people in the box are kind of a tribute I think to the athletes the song was written for.

Thank you for reacting to this exact version. It‘s from his Arnau concert in Kazakhstan in 2019 (Kinetic Voice). And yes, here he sings in Italian. Dimash sang this song many times after this performance as well. But honestly, some things just don’t get any better. I think this is epic. I don’t know how many times I’ve seen the video and every, really every time my heart starts to race and I get goosebumps. That facial expression after singing the high notes. Wow, what a beast he can be. He then completely captivates me🫣. Olimpico is another masterpiece that Igor Krutoy wrote especially for Dimash’s vocal skills. It was written for the 2nd European Games in Minsk, Belarus 2019. And that’s why the lyrics are also very motivating. In my opinion, Olimpico is one of the most impressive performances ever. I don't even mean the vocal part, but also his stage presence. The whole package. If you don't know what the song is about, you'd think he was going to war and is calling his army to a lost battle 😅. Sorry to disappoint you, but being a Muslim, he would probably never sing in Jesus Christ Superstar. But it would be great to hear him in a musical. Greetings and love from Germany👋❤️

Ogni Pietra in Italian and "Olimpico" in English was written by Ukrainian /Russian composer Igor Krutoy especially for Dimash voice and to be performed during the Opening Ceremony of the II European Games in Minsk in 2019 and it was the first collaborative work which composer Igor Krutoy and Russian poetess Liliya Vinogradova This is an inspiring song to encourage athletes to find their inner power to compete. The song OlImpico (which became known as Ogni Pietra) was composed by maestro Igor Krutoy, with Italian lyrics by Russian poet Lilia Vinogradova and arrangements by Erlan Bekchurin. It was composed specifically for Dimash for the 2019 European Games. With this song Dimash won, on December 5, 2019, the Victoria award (Russian equivalent of the Grammy) for best singer of the year, in the classical genre ("Best Vocalist in Classical Music").

Sadly, my best friend passed away, but he was in the National Touring company of Jesus Christ Superstar. He was Jesus (the best singer of all of them, including Neely from the movie). When they played D.C a predominately black audience he played Judas and my good friend Ben Vereen played Jesus (he was usually Judas). His name was Richard Kim Milford. They met when they were in the Broadway production of “Hair” back in the 60’s

Dimash will never sing Judas, his voice is too quiet, weak, short, he gets tired quickly. He already sang Memory Cats, and it was terrible! Your thirst for profit to disassemble the soundtracks, especially with the baritone, which was made in the studio is very commendable.
