Great recap. I love how he highlights alot of the subtle themes and melodic runs with syncopation. 👏👏👏🙌🤘🤟💯🎯

Loved your closing words, do not forget that they have never been together in a studio for this album because of the pandemic. They even never met Robert Smith in person for recording.

Ugh I love this album so much..especially Lullabies. Yes, that song WOULD be amazing live but unfortunately they didn't play it on their tour. 😭😭

Being an appreciator of all genres of music, I do not say this lightly, but Screaming is probably my favorite song, ever.

Best album in my opinion and Final Girl being the best song. I always liked Lauren's singing, but something clicked with this album. I do like individual songs from the previous albums better than a few of the songs from this, but as a whole there's no comparison. Feels more mature, more skilled, more creative, more... settled and confident. Feels like a different band, even though it's the same band. Version 2.0.

Love CHVRCHES, my favorite album I have to say is Every Open Eye right ahead of Bones of What You Believe. I’m guessing you’ve already listened but would love a reaction if you haven’t!

Listened many times! I'd swap the order in terms of my favourite but yeah absolutely loved those two albums.

Sorry, had to stop watching the reaction from the moment you said you don't know who Robert Smith is, wow, a song writer who doesn't know who one of the greatest songwriters in the history of rock is. Laughable.
