Btd battles 2 tip: if the enemy is a canon spammer, just spam lead the canon will shoot the lead and the bloons in there will rush to the exit but if he has another tower it MAYBE not gonna work

Set bomb shooters to strong when they are your only lead popping power, otherwise do close, so that they can maximize the use of thier blast radius, same goes for grape shot and other blast radius based towers. Also blade shooters are good early game to deal with high density bloons, I suggest not getting tack sprayer, hot shot is fine, but blade is better in this game.

When pink bloons upgrade white bloons send at same speed and price while giving .1 extra eco per bloon but everyone is remembering battles 1 where pinks were by far better Also before pink and white upgrade yellow bloons are the best Looked into it 1 round after pinks upgrade is when whites upgrade

what i don't get is why you see youtubers sending red ballons at the very start despite the fact that until you unlock yellows they are the most cost effective and give more to eco giving i believe 1.5 and costing the same as a red plus in the very start you either send 8 red balloons or 5 blue which turns into 5 red which totals 10 bloons total which might not seem like much of a diffrence but early game two extra balloons could make a major difference between you winning or losing also when you unlock white balloons is gives you i believe 3 eco instead of 2.8 or something like that from the pink for only 2 extra money earning you more in the long run.

I use dartling gunners heli pilot and bomb shooters also gwendolin as my hero idk I'd anyone else uses this setup but if your trying to get a simple setup then use this setup it's good for starter but wave 30 is hard to survive if your on short maps.

the current meta is dartling+sniper+ninja since they all have bugs and insane popping power and people speculate after this next update the meta towers will be ice, heli, sub, druid, and super so you should level any 3 you think work
