Knife may be kinda boring by design but it's one of the most efficient and effective design I have ever seen, and Protech makes the thing with Magnacut as the steel of choice, this is a no brainer for me.

also I believe Pallas' action could be improved with a stronger plunger spring. Protech is spot on with the plunger tension and that's mostly why it feels better.

And of course Protech announced a new Mordax with some milling for more grip. I like my murder out one. Much thanks to some awesome friends.😉 I want Protech to release a white cerakote. Or just send mines out to modify. Yeah the edge isn't as gliding on paper cuts. It works, just needs a little stropping. The Malibu is small, but the Mordax is just right.

15 minutes on my Wicked Edge Sharpener and all my new knives are sharper than when I get them, including my Chaves

That's awesome! Sharpening is a real skill. I can maintain a working edge but after that I know enough to bring in someone that's good.

Sadly despite the big name Protech is a small shop, so they struggle to produce enough knives. Keep your eyes on the larger vendors (Blade HQ, Knife Center, etc..) as they often get drops.
