Hello, is it actual for V20, I disassembled and found no washers on both sides?

You likely have an older version of the pivot bolt clamp - before we had the current style with. the three washers. You likely have the version where one end has a small "key tab" on the sleeve end to prevent it from rotating while being tightened on the other end.
