当时白天爬的时候怕热不想穿防水的长裤，但是怕突然下雨灌水进鞋子晚上又要把鞋子干燥很麻烦。就买了一条侧面全开拉链的防水裤，随时可以穿还不怕被鞋子弄脏

上下山都不建議穿涼鞋，很容易踢到石頭，而且非常不穩定。腳指瘀青是因為鞋帶沒綁好，可以上網查看怎麼綁。我有登珠峰的經驗。

Hi. May i know the list of the medicine you bring to kinabalu and the function of the medicine? I going to kinabalu this june hopefully not to get any sickness😅. Also when to eat all those medicine

1. Azetazolamide for altitude sickness prevention. 125mg twice per day start taking 1 day before hike. 2. Magnesium tablet: prevent muscle cramp and tightness, take on the day of hike until 1-2 days after hike. 3. Painkillers for muscle pain either topical or oral tablets 4. Oral rehydration salt : replace salt lost through sweat 5. Prochlorperazine : in case got dizziness 6. Lomotil: in case of diarhea 7. Charcoal: in case of diarrhoea 8. Clarinase: in case of blocked nose and runny nose 9. Metoclopramide: in case of feeling of vomit 10. Vaseline for lip dryness I think these are all you need. You could ask exact direction from pharmacy shop for each medicine. But for altitude sickness, please make sure you buy acetazolamide only and buy extra in case of u got altitude sickness, then you need to take more as treatment.

Need to be checkin luggage. If its too long, then u might need a different bag to be checkin. If it is bigger than the dimensions set by airline operator, then u need to buy sport equipment add-on at the time u buy checkin luggage.

Welcome ^^ Transport you could either rent a car or shuttle car service. There are some operators, here is one of them www.mountkinabalu.com/packages/mount-kinabalu-shuttle-transfers-kinabalu-park Sure. Guide is selected on the day of hike. You arent allowed to hike without a guide.

第一步是需要在sabah Park 抢到hostel, panalaban 或者 lemaing. Permit 也是那个时候在网上一次付费。若你想去的时间已经满了或还没开放订购的话，就需要留意sabah park脸书看他们几时开放购买哦。

不用客气😁 我是7月份爬山，大约是2个月前在sabah Park 订，那时是5月份才开放下半年的。它一开放，很快下半年的slot 就会被抢光。如果没预约到，就要等多半年，才能预约到了。 所以要时时留意 sabahPark Facebook, 看几时有开放。不是你想几时爬就一定能抢到票哦。 但是如果通过agent, 就有agent 帮你预约。

神山公园外可以。有个公共泊车区域。Porter fee 通常是10kg 以上就可以雇佣。至于能否跟其他人合租，就需要当天和其他组的人讨论了。

如果爬山脚抽筋，吃什么medicine最有效的快速恢复?

药物比如 orphenadrine 或 baclofen 可以缓解抽筋，肌肉紧绷，但是会吃了会很困。 一般上我不建议药物，所以我是服用影片里提到的magnesium 维生素来预防。如果有抽，直接再吃1-2粒。通常会抽筋，是因为身体缺少potassium 或magnesium, 所以适当的补一补就行。除了magnesium, 也有其他 的salt stick 比如 这个shope.ee/ftStABFFx ，你可以在爬上的过程，每30-60分钟吃一粒来补回损失的盐分。

下山腳會痛 可以考慮穿厚一點的襪子，讓腳尖有緩衝 而且有可能是你的鞋子太大有空隙 穿登山涼鞋的問題是有部分腳暴露在外面 有時候叫被摩擦到也有可能會受傷

主要是深蹲练大腿，和抬脚跟练小腿。个人觉得stamina 不需要刻意去练。练以上2个肌肉群是最重要的。大概3个月前开始。 记得爬山1个星期前就要停止训练，让身体得到足够的休息哦。
