Been using my bender for 12 years now. Not a single issue. Love my oro-tools bender.

I like this Bender, I have searched for a good reliable bender but I have always been disappointed in how many steps just to bend a pipe. I saw how simple this one looked and it impressed me with its performance. I most definitely will be looking to purchase one in the future.

Good job with the video. Man! That air operated one is considerably slower than the electric one.

Question about the die, if I may. I have a Woodward Fab WFB2 bender which has a very very similar layout. I'm looking at the pro-Tools die set for 1-1/4" pie die set on a 5" CLR because is a heck of a lot cheaper than the Woodward Fab version ($200 difference!). Would anyone be able to tell me the dimensions of the follower die, the pin diameter, and the radial distance from the curved die's center hole to the outer holes?

Can you email this question to Sales@trick-tools.com. One of our sales staff will be able to help you out with this.

Does this bend .250"thick wall tube?
@luctessier22153 жыл бұрын
I noticed lube or grease on the tube. What do you recommend & should it be put on the die or follower?
@TrickTools3 жыл бұрын
We were using a water soluble bending lube that we sell, the link is below. The follower die is the main location for lubricant but it can also be helpful on the die. www.trick-tools.com/Trick_Tools_Bending_Lube_TC89_5594

Perfectly Explained ,,,, Can you tell, How much air flow (CFM) required to Air Pump
@mohammadhaseeb79853 жыл бұрын
@Trick-Tools.com Pressure it needs 40-170 PSI but need to know air flow... Appreciate your response
@TrickTools3 жыл бұрын
Virtually any shop air compressor will run these. The manufacturer of the pump doesn't specify a CFM rating but in our experience, we have run them on very small compressors with success. I hope this helps. Feel free to call us or visit our website for more information.

@@TrickTools it's strange for me that manufacturers do not mention air consumption - cfm,,,,, which important info unless we search in operational manual
@TrickTools3 жыл бұрын
I think it's because the CFM isn't really that important on a pump like this, as it only runs for very short periods of time. thanks

Hey all, I am very green at this so please be easy on me for my next question. I have just got a pro 105 from a guy that when he sold it to me said he did not have time to figure it out. He told me the 14 " radius dies that came with it won't work for what I am doing with it which is building roll cage for rzr. I agreed said yes i will need a 7" radius die. He informed me it would not make it any tighter of a bend ...? Please help I don't understand how it would not make it a tighter bend ?

Is this the same as Woodward Fab pro mb105? Are the dies interchangeable?

I believe woodward does sell the Pro-Tools bender as well. Here is a link to our Pro-Tools Store on our website. www.trick-tools.com/Pro-Tools-Store_840

@@TrickTools yes, but woodward has the HD degree wheel and free shipping.
@TrickTools4 жыл бұрын
Ours comes with the degree ring as well. as far as shipping is concerned woodward doesn't stock these benders so you are waiting 4-6 weeks minimum for it to ship from the manufacturer. In our experience Pro-Tools can often exceed that so you could be waiting 2 months to get one from them. Because of that we stock these benders in our warehouse and they can ship same day. we have extra money involved having them ready to go for customers so you don't have to wait and that is why we can't afford to eat the shipping cost. Our sales staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable so you can call us anytime in the future for excellent customer service and tech support that can't be had anywhere else. Hope this helps and please reach out to us anytime.
Unfortunately we don't do discount codes but fortunately we always keep our best prices out there for everyone.

@@TrickTools Perfect! Next tool I need you're on. No more crap from China...ever.

We do our best to source our tools from US manufacturers, but when we need the right tools to fill customer needs, we have tested and sourced great products from Europe, Australia, and even some from China. We show the country of origin on all of our products so that people can see that before purchase. We won't sell a tool if we don't believe in it. Thanks

If I go with the air/hydraulic setup. What size compressor do you recommend at what PSI?
@TrickTools4 жыл бұрын
The air pump operating rage is 40-170 psi so as long as your compressor can maintain around 90 psi for a minute or two it should be just fine. We have run it on small 20 gallon compressors and they will do it, you just may have to pause for a few seconds to let it catch up. If the compressor is bigger than that you should be good to go as normal
