For Infiltrate it makes a ton of sense. You can react it which they said in the article will be reaction-based and likely reactions based on the stealth keyword. Also playing cards from Banish without having to pay chi will be extremely useful. It just makes complete sense from a synergy perspective.

Reactions have always been in the assassin class. And if you banish a blue card off of infiltrate then how is that different than banishing a blue card off of any contract card? I suppose its possible that there is so much stealth support you are heavily incentivized to play a stealth card that banishes? And the rest of the text is less relevant. I suppose time will tell, my body is ready for spoiler season

I think Nuu is going to be a more aggro based hero than uzuri getting that value mid game and arakni at fatigue. That's why I think it will be good. But we shall see come spoiler season, regardless this set does look to be a chefs specialty cook up from the LSS team they are really proud of it@@TCG_Staxwell

@@TCG_Staxwell infiltrate is a card that banishes if they block and banishes if they hit, whereas normal stealth cards let your opp say no blocks to not get banished, and contract cards say block to not get banished - it doesnt give your opp an out

I got my RF copies of Infiltrate signed by Isuardi over the weekend. It might not see play but the artwork and effect is pretty sweet. It’s a pet card for me and it’s not half bad in Arakni, Solitary Conefinement.

Infiltrate let's you banish a card, which help mill if that's the intent. And if you hit a blue, you can play it later off her chi ability. Plus we don't know how frequently you'll be able to banish with her chi ability, since we don't know a lot about chi, so some redundancy could be good. Solid spec. It's Stealth too, so it can banish even if blocked. Win win. We need the rest of her pool though to see if it's a must-run.

Yeah just seems like any contract card has all the same advantages. Without the full card pool everything is just speculation. My body is so ready to see everything

I think Infiltrate is a good card for Nuu. Its the only stealth majestic in outsiders with bad coalition. You can only play blues from you the opponents banish zone this allows you to get reds or yellows too. I also think this with like mask of perdition allows you to choose which cards to play from your opponents deck. But now you got me questioning it too haha

It was good in arakni solatary confinement due to his stealth synergy and i think Nuu fits a similar build, especially if she gets more go again like you were saying. I think once again this depends a lot on news pool and how they steer her, because currently i think these new heroes more than a lot of heroes in the past will be more set dependent like uprising @@TCG_Staxwell

My thought on Tidemaw is this. The new illusionist cares about keeping spectral shields around since she can buff them. So I think there will either be a new legendary or majestic aura that either lets you choose to ignore ward or pay to ignore it. I don't know if its worth to spec banking on that but I wouldn't be surprised if they print something to that effect.

My counter argument for phantom tidemaw is it's an expansion slot card that didn't fit in anywhere. I think the theme and text of the card really points to enigma. Also the card is nuts if you have a ton of ward abilities getting destroyed it becomes a huge attack kind of like ghostly touch

Ghostly touch is a start in play stay in play that can’t be ward’d and ghostly is still pretty bad. I personally don’t believe in the card

@@TCG_Staxwell yeah but ghostly touch requires a lot more setup to use, is an instant blue aura. I do think it’s price is high for seeing no play currently and will depend a lot on enigmas pool but it does seem to fit her if she is full ward.

Can you please explain why Diadem is good with Spectral Shields? Doesnt it clearly say "non token"???

Yeah I don’t fully get it either people are just assuming there will be tons of ward in the deck because the spectral shields have ward, I guess? Its also just a helmet that blocks 2 and draws a card so even by itself its not the worst thing ever.

I'd love to foil out my Assassin deck, but it's not worth it unless I'm buying/trading for the cards in person. Even if the whole deck is foil, is specific cards are more warped, it messes with how your deck cuts. I'll stick to my sadge nonfoil deck, lol. 😢

Stopped playing and now all I do is sell. This game is such a crap money pit. Dromai gone which was my favorite deck. I loved oldhim and now I can’t enjoy crown of seeds anymore. It would have been fine if they just made an earth guardian and not an ice earth guardian or the ridiculous 3 elemental guardian. Can’t do tcgs anymore when all they do is take away my toys. Selling is the way to go when I can’t stand playing anymore

Everything that has rotated from CC has been transparent and has had a long time coming to expect. Dromai is still good to play in LL format, which is continually being built up and supported. LSS has directly acknowledged how many people like her dragons, and said a new hero will become available to play them in the not too distant future. Crown of Seeds has been warned might be banned from CC for years now, but is still legal in LL. Theyve given these heads up specifically not to catch anyone by surprise.
