I've had the upper doors and inner panels on since this summer. I've only had the heater in for about 200km.

So far they seem to be great machines, no regrets on my purchase.

I am in the middle of installing same enclosure on my '23 4-seater. At the bottom of window, is the stitching of the new window in or out of the outer door skin? It's weird both ways. I am able to get a few screws in on lower inside door. I like the drill hole idea for the rest, thanks. What did you use to plug the 3/4" holes after install? 1. Don't forget the spacers on the 3 mount bolts of window to door where the rust is, each side on top...I did! Taking it apart as I write. 2. Leave everything loose on the cage to fit it until your happy with the fit. 3. Need to cut out for mirrors also. Dremel saw works amazing. It isn't the best instructions provide for sure!!! Thanks for posting yours. I installed a sound enclosure curtain (used for industrial compressors, dust collection) behind back seats...25-30% percent noise reduction guessing & can remove easily. Helps with some heat but most is coming from front and tunnel.

I just installed mine on my 4 seater. The 1/4" holes you drilled on your inner doors needs to actually be drilled to 3/4" so you can bolt it on.

Ah yeah must have missed that thanks!

Is this for the bar hold?
@lilhotdog7011 Жыл бұрын
Yeah its essentially to let the bolt head pass through to the metal frame in the middle and the outer shell. Took me a bit to realize. I had to remove it and reinstall it once I did.

Hey I see it’s been some years since you installed the heater. Do you still have the machine and how is the oem heater treating you. I’m stuck on oem or inferno
@okoutАй бұрын
I still have the machine. The heater still works well. But I find in the summer I get a lot more heat from the center console. The heater is mounted low, so it gets splashed easily, which makes a lot of steam and humidity. I added a ball valve to the heater lines so I could shut off the flow in the summer, which seems to help a little.

You got me at "only -2"! If it's 40 out in CA camping, I'm freezing my nuts off out in the desert.
@okout3 жыл бұрын
Haha thats -2 Celsius, more like 28 Fahrenheit.

Do you have a windshield wiper with your windshield…? If not is it a problem?
@okout Жыл бұрын
Yes I do have a wiper. I do have a quick video explaining that, if you feel like checking it out. I do recommend installing a wiper, expecially if you're going to run tracks or somewhere that gets snow.

Is it a Polaris heater? Did you have to take the whole interior out to dynamat the back wall ?
@okout3 жыл бұрын
It is a polaris heater, and you have to take the center console out to put the dynamat. But you'll pull it apart anyways to install the heater.
@kwmiked3 жыл бұрын
Do the inferno heater. Mounts in glove box, much better spot, and half the money

How hard is it to take these off for summer months?
@okout Жыл бұрын
It's a pain, ideally you'd have a second set of doors. If the machine wasn't so warm in the summer I'd just leave them on.

Has anyone had a turbo XP with the Polaris enclosure and the pro XP enclosure ? I've got a 21 turbo and although the doors (upper and lower) are better then nothing they still kinda suck. Nothing like a vehicle, they all let in a lot of air. Pluss you have to strap the tops on or they will come open when going down the road. I am curious to know if the pro cab enclosure is better and if so by how much ? Thanks to anyone who can led some information!

I had mine on this summer, but with the front window vents open you still get some airflow. But it is quite warm sometimes.
