for me my solution simply probability of a 3 and not a 3 on the second is (1/6 *5/6) divided by 2 = 5/18

Probability of getting heads on the first flip or the second flip would be 1/2 + 1/2 = 1 Could you please explain the above. Since we may not get heads even with two flips so how can probability be 100%??

Answer is 1/4 Need to multiply 1/2 and 1/2 as both events occur.
