Hi, yes it's a great reliable stove. We use this all the time on our camping trips and it works flawlessly. Safe - yes, no issues whatsoever.

There is an issue when the gas cylinder is trying to plug in the magnet could not catch the cylinder properly please help if any solution

Hmm, sorry, mine snaps in perfectly. Have you tried rotating it to a slightly different position? Check nothing is obstructing the magnet area and butane gas canister. Maybe try another gas canister if doing the same thing.

The butane gas bottle should be very easy to install, as its magnetic head, it should just clip in. Have a close look how I did it in my video.
