You guys really crack me up in this video! If I had to spend so much time trying to make those "noodles" oups ... I meant pasta, it would take a lot more than one bottle of wine while preparing these delicious Italian dishes, I would most likely be "probably drunk" even before I finished. Loved the video as always!

This video's a little different than what we normally post but we thought it'd be such a cool experience that we felt like we had to document. It's definitely different from what we normally post, but we felt like we had to document this experience to show you guys just how INSANELY good pasta in Rome can be. Riccardo's incredibly talented & now we need him to open a restaurant of his own. This entire day was just unbelievable & we feel like we'll never be able to make pasta this good again, but we're certainly going to try!!!🤣 Thank you so much for watching Eric!!!!

We're both OBSESSED with pasta now. Although I will say, we've not had any pasta come slightly close to Riccardo's. I feel like we'll forever be chasing something that's at least as good. Might have to just book his class again & go back for the real thing!!🤣

Hi!! We booked through Airbnb which was easiest for us, but he also has a website: www.riccardocookingclass.com. From there you can book the same class we booked, as well as an online class. Turned it off when the guy said " we're about cook some noodles", go to Asia if you want to cook noodles. In italy you cook pasta, not noodles.
