I love the idea of a soft staging.

It is a great way to bring some personality to a space without being too taste specific. I've also noticed that when some of the design of the home is a bit outdated or individualized soft staging can pull away from that so that every buyer can themselves living in that space. How about bedding? I guess you could have a blow up bed. Lots of ways to get creative. Thanks again.

We used to do blow up beds for staging, but found that it actually took away from the visual square footage of a room. Now we have some bedding that is used when there is already a bed that will be kept in the property during the sale, but we no longer bring in blow up beds.

Super informational video! My sister and I I are going through the probate process now and it’s a lot. Who should we work with to determine what updates/fixes are worth making to the house? Would this be the real estate agent?

Regarding updates to the property, we are a real estate brokerage that advise our clients on the updates/fixes to the property that are necessary for the sale. That being said, not all real estate agents are the same and depending on who you speak with they may advise differently then we would. It is most important that the estates available funds are considered when determining the repairs to be made.
