problème résistance chauffage Renault Espace 2011

Can you please help me? Mine head unit works, it has electricity and you can set the temperature and you can set min or max air flow but there is NO air coming out of the ventilation system. We have opened the sister under the car, we testet the motor with battery booster and the motor works. What could it be? Thanks in advance
