Problem in new Harley x440 just after 1st service 🤔

Hello Riders
Faced 2 problems just after 1st service of my new Harley x440
👉 Engine oil leakage
👉 unwanted noise near engine
The problem was sought out just after reaching the service center.
Reason
👉For oil Leakage-- Oil packing bolts was loose during service
👉Noise -- Crash guard was loose so making an irritating noise during throttle.
