in area 2, why the x bar is 80+2/3 x 70? where 80 came from?

Please see the dimensions which are placed upside. For every area we have to calculate from left side of diagram. ( left side & bottom side of the diagram are references)

We have to calculate from its origin ..so it is 80mm far from origin on x coordinate due to this reason we add 80 on the value of x bar for right angled triangle.
