@@operationlove8803 As discussed, foreign element (FE) should not be included in the calculation kaya out of all the 6 observed times, removed ang outlier. Divide by 5 lang for Element A. If twice nag occur ang FE in an element, remove the two samples. Divisor would be 4.

Hello! If not given, it is always assumed to be at 100% rating factor.

@@JeromeHernandez-n8t Hello! In actual applications, pwede ka gumamit ng reference like sa speed rating, or the westinghouse rating factor. Pwede rin sia subjective while observing the operator. At normal pace, RF is 100%. If the worker is performing well, could be more than 100%, and if below normal pace, below 100%
