Yes to taking a break! So important. The irony is the more stress you have, the busier you are...the more you need to step back and quiet your mind more, even if you feel like you could never find the time for it! :)

These tips were super helpful, you guys are like my go to guys for advice on KZbin! Similar to sleeping on it, sometimes just having some down time helps, when you revisit it you see the picture clearer and you can solve the problem.

Strategy #3 definitely works! Often the problem shows afterwards much smaller and easier to tackle than in the beginning.

My strategy is to look at things from a different angle/in a different way. I do this quite literally with my artwork sometimes, I turn it upside down and continue to work like that. Usually does the trick as it forces you to look at things...well, differently. You can apply the same idea to anything really. Maybe just not as literally :) Change your perspective, think outside of the box and problems will get solved.
