After buying phone is going 4 month (was buy phone at November -and get 4 January) for this time still don't get new battery. Support Pandawill is very bad. At the March I again requested about send battery and support Pandawill promised me what sent battery. Month was gone and battery don't get, next letter was in 3 April was requested track number and only after this letter to Pandawill send battery and track number. But when I check track number I was see what country destination is DENMARK, but I live in UKRAINE.

Oleh Boiko have you fixed this already? if now, have you tried going to its recover already? go there by doing LONG PRESS on VOLUME UP and POWER BUTTON at the same time... LONG PRESS them until the recovery mode appears on screen.. hope this helps even a little...

Oleh Boiko i suggest ou wipe date/ factory reset then wipe cache...this will delete all your date except on SD card..but may save your phone..

After long time panpaling store Pandawill decide that me need sent this phone to service Pandawill. I sent this phone, and later waiting for two month - was Christmas and Chinese New Year. so I get answer that my phone is really broken - don't work big CPU. So need change all electronic inside and rearing will be cost 60-70 USD. When on next time is write that please phone get back to me, cheaper buy additional external chargrer, I get answer for Pandawill that is impossible because Elephone decide left this phone for electronics part :). And Pandawill promised me sent other fixed phone for price similary as my Elephone G5. At the result I get fixed Lenovo P780.
