At 19:11 I clearly wrote in text why I couldn't enter. I had a visa but border was closed and all visas issued before covid restrictions were cancelled so only if I have a special permission I could enter. Moreover I qas the only one there which gives pretty good idea border was closed.

Hats off to your patience, you did a U-Turn at the border came back all 350kms to secure your visa next morning. I recall, one missed exit on the Florida turnpike on I-95, on way to Miami, and that had caused us 100 miles of to-and-fro until we took the correct exit, and all of us driving pals nearly lost so much patience. I don't understand this - why didn't you get an Iran visa when you were stuck in Istanbul? Surely its logical to try at the Iranian consulate in Istanbul rather than drive several hundred km to the border.
