Aaaa I'm not sure if you still need this but if you ever need it again, I believe drinking tea, cold drinks and eating ice cream will make them come heavier. Avoid chocolate since they make it lighter, and keep working out. Basically make yourself extremely stressed and tired, and I think cold environment makes it come heavier too. And if you don't need this anymore, at least you know what to avoid doing if you want your period less heavy :)
