Problems with the M41 traxxas boat

We are going to try and fix the loud propeller, and the loose battery.

@HappyDude1 well it's an m41 I bought used and on 6s it wouldn't go very fast and lots of vibration noise. Took out the shaft tube and plastic completely gone too so I'm now I know what it is👌🏽👌🏽

@@Openthrottlerc Ow yeah you need to lubricate that with marine grease every 15 minutes. And my other stuff in this video will help to

You should remove, clean off and re lubricate the shaft every 2 runs. Hopefully you are using marine grease as it is far more resistant to washing out than standard grease. I have had my M41 for 4 years and still have the original shaft in it.

Yes i am, and Just to test it out i'm using no grease, and it's still good 😃 You just get a lot of noise And the grease is already gone after just 2 minutes

@Loulovesspeed yes indeed that teflon inside is very strong. it only makes a bit more noise. the marine grease fly's out after 2 minutes or so haha :p Edit: after many years without grease it still works
