My mom gets on the phone with Amazon and forces returns they won't take at first. I always send things back for anything that's not right. good luck luv ❤️

@@Williefmradio hiya chuck, I thought Amazon would deal with the pick up of the scooter but the company went via a third party which they should not have. So the company has to arrange the pick up and that is the hurdle ensuring they do so. If not I am sure amazon will. I should know in the next day or so and keep you folks updated. Cheers puds🥃🥪
