To run on 1 3s battery I would just need to put a plug that jumps + and - on one of the leads to esc--- right?

Yea, plug the battery into one side of the esc and a jumper loop on the other side

Hay Big Bbb.. To save money on batteries, I have 3s 5000mah 11.1v 100C batteries, can I put two into the ul19 but just plug one in, and use the by pass plug on the other plug, ic5. Until I get use to the handling, or spoil I really buy 2s??

You'd probably have better luck just running 1 3s on the left side of the boat & use your jumper loop for the other side. Running a single pack would be lighter than running twin packs light boat is a fast boat.

You can run the ul on 6s, with single cooling stock electronics BUT you need to check Temps religiously. If you have dual cooling running 6s should be okay. Just don't run the boat too too hard ya know what I mean. On 6s it's not a basher that's for sure.. check Temps every couple minutes on 6s anything under 150° is within operating rang over 150 -180 stop and let her cool down. Good luck brother

Yes sir. BOAT GANG. Don't run the boat on 6s right off the bat. Run her on 4s and check Temps. TRUST ME. Upgrade cooling then run her on 6s.

@@IRONCLADRC Yes sir I plan on 4s for a long time and then 5s not 6s when I am ready perhaps the end of summer. I have a dual water pickup rudder coming as well. I live in a lake community and within walking distance to Pine Hollow Oregon. So stoked to get a new water toy! Peace BOAT GANG

At what point do you decide that the extra weight and power consumption of an electric water pump may be the best solution?

I'd only suggest power water pump for a brushed boat, high performance boats don't need power water pumps

hi big B....will that hydro turn both ways the same ? or is it made only for making circles ? what will happen if you put turn fins in both sides , like the sonic wake ? will it handle better turns in both sides ?

Theoretically yes it will handle turns better both directions

I have the udirc venom brushed boat dork thAt sold it to me didn't give me transmitter thAt comes stock so I had to yank the stock guts out n I put a 2-6 s 40amp quadcopter esc a brushless 250 watt in runner about same size as stock brushed motor but the stock motor don't shoot the boat from zero to 50 percent throttle n blasting out of the water n back on the bank past me like low flying airplane or yarddart I'm using the li ion batts out of the top of the line green brushless blower from Lowes 2021 I'm putting two together for 2 s the motor can actually tAke 3 s so I'll mAke custom lipo for thAt soon I need to take it to the rc boat dock my private secret lil test spot is to smAll n vids are gay of this boat there I'm new in the boat prop knowledge I know I would like metal props two three or four blades better? N pitch n diameter? As big a prop that don't over heat motor n kill magnets? I have a 5400 kv motor boats not 12 inches just under that n I plan on getting same speeds as big boats I see in your dial a prop selector some small props you don't need can you send them to me in Vegas ? The small ones you will never use my boat is very heavy for as small as it is but once it's treading water on its plane it rides nice n fast n stable needs more grease in tube for driveline to stop flooding my receiver I have 1/16 rc Mt with boat trailer from a 20$ toy, trailers that work for rc models are very spendy no matter what trailer is for
