Thank you for the video!, We just received our Zelos 36" I would like to know is it safe to use 2s or 3s single lipo directly to each of the ESC, not using the series connector? I want to run the boat slowly, get familiar with it, until we are ready for dual 6s :)

How can a flex shaft be lubricated, that can't be removed from the tubing??

If you cant remove it then you got problems. You will need to replace the flex shaft and the liner.
