I like that you can just type "speedrun" in front of something if you want to see it, like the weird censored version of Contra. It's so odd seeing it run at 50fps but not modified in any way to be comparable to other regions' gameplay. and level 8 is completely unchanged. I guess it looked mechanical enough?

Yeah it was weird the censorship during those times, they just changed the characters and enemies sprites, no other changes have been done in this first episode. I still think that is an absurd way to change a game like that!

This version is slower, it is like Contra plaued on PAL console. I actually play Probotector on NES NTSC
